Olya Gakovic is the Country Manager for Serbia and brings over 20 years of experience in management, consulting, and team leadership, in the USA and Europe. In her current role, she is responsible for growing our Serbian Global Service Center operations.

An MBA graduate with real-life entrepreneurial experience, Olya joined sa.global in early 2020 from PRODYNA, where she served as a Regional Manager since 2014, and led efforts that strengthened operating efficiency, office integration, and team performance.

Olya was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia, finished high school in Oklahoma, studied in Cyprus and Serbia, and finalized her studies with an MBA degree from Aspen University, Colorado.

Olya enjoys spending time with her son and daughter as well as travelling with her partner.
