With over 28 years of experience in Finance & Strategy, Younous Hizebry is the Country Manager for sa.global France. He was earlier Project and Program Director and General Manager for sa.global Africa.

Younous is an expert in digital transformation projects and programs. Over the last ten years, he has successfully led more than a hundred projects and programs on behalf of sa.global. Prior to sa.global, he has held several senior roles in multi-national organizations – as Director of Audit and Risk Management in charge of International Development at MANAGEM Group and as CFO of AMENDIS.

Younous holds a PhD degree in Finance. He is a Founding Member and President of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) Morocco and is the International Project Excellence Assessor – Mega-sized Projects. Younous was awarded “Agile Leader of the Year 2020” at the IPMA Awards held on October 31, 2020.
