Mat Wilson is our Global Delivery Director, leading sa.global’s worldwide delivery team.

He is a highly able, versatile, and results-driven individual with a successful background in B2B and B2C across FTSE 250 corporates. Mat has delivered programs to more than 30 countries with experience in driving change management, digital transformation, service transition, solution roadmaps, on/offshore resources, acquisitions and divestments, and business benefits realization.

Mat resides in Mid-Wales with his wife and three children. Outside of work, Mat enjoys watching both the Scarlets and the Welsh team during the rugby season.
