As the Head of sa.global Labs in Braga, Portugal, Moacyr Galo is responsible for the innovation of Artificial Intelligence R&D projects. He has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in technology, ERP, and CRM global markets with clients in several industries like manufacturing, distribution, retail, services, and education.

Since 2014, Moacyr has been actively leading consultancy projects to connect Artificial Intelligence concepts and Machine Learning models with business strategy and processes automation using Lean Thinking Principles.

Moacyr is a keynote speaker at several technology events talking about Artificial Intelligence to educational and C-Level audiences in Brazil and Europe. He was also awarded the «Worldwide Education Partner of the Year in 2010» by Microsoft and was invited to be a member of the Global Microsoft Education Partner Advisory Forum in Redmond, WA, USA. Moacyr is the co-author of the book «Professional Management in Higher Education Institutions”.

Apart from work, Moacyr has multiple interests in science and history, loves walking, and having animated conversations with family and friends over a cup of coffee.
